Through prayers, awakening the life force and taking it easy i have completely recovered from this knee injury. I no longer do the full lotus pose. Having a guru helps tremendously... asking for his help and the prayers of others while sending energy to the body part during energization..First in thought then (as healing takes place) in tensing and relaxing as Master would advise. Thanks everyone. There is complete recovery!

Recently i heard of a devotee that had the same knee injury and for the same reason. It reminded me of the boundless blessings of having a guru and friends that care about us who pray for us.
