If you're feeling depressed lately I pray you find whatever it is you're looking for.

HIK has said something like...

To give love freely is a blessing.

To demand it, or expect it- that is a curse.

He also said something like, we should go the distance with our friends.

Personally, I am no master. I have not willingly effaced my personality or tempered my ego to the point where I can join a friend or family member in their misery. And there are times when their projections are so clearly their own that I haven't the patience.

If we can admit this, then perhaps- instead of trying to go the distance with those friends we can remove ourselves from the situation and instead pray for their happiness. I don't think this is neglectful.

I think it is quite humbling to admit we can not handle a situation and ask for Gods grace. I think this allows us to continue to experience life in a manner that best suits our own temperament without taking on additional poison. Masters might have the ability to take poison and turn it into healing nectar. The ill-prepared, or unenlightened(such as my self) might try and end up angrier, crazier, or doing something regretful. I don't care to take on emotional loads of others. Is it wrong? I don't think so.

With that in mind, I pray God lightens the energy of my friends here at the portal and in real life. But... I think, should anyone feel particularly upset- that's okay too. Life is a series of ups and downs, of feeling completely whole- and feeling compartmentalized and alone. Just know that I do pray for the happiness of my friends here, and elsewhere.

Amen.
