Many people ask Amma, how to go deeper in meditation. Amma says to use a mantra to go deeper. You can receive a mantra from a Master. Amma says to use the mantra during the day. It will help you go deeper. You can repeat it all day; not just once or twice, but all day, silently and not out loud.

I have found that when situations and events are confusing in life, it is a good time to practice a mantra constantly for guidance and direction. Just been humming and chanting that mantra constantly till the great one’s respond with direction and the path to dharma.
