Here is a practice written and shared by James Moffat.
"Hear is a practise of using sound in relationship to your organs and wellbeing.
I'm also going to add which organ goes with each of the 5 elements, and for added ooh la la, what direction to face and summon each element into your body to work with directly.
I work with energy circles and the 5 elements in parts of my practise, if you like going back into more ancient traditions and bringing them to life today again, then this is a ritual practise to tune into that area. We all know the power of a circle, bringing one to life within your own space is a must experience.
First, here are the sounds and organs related.
I will put the elements in order of density and corresponding organ
Ether/spirit/wood--liver
AIR/Metal--Lungs
Fire--Heart
Water--kidney
Earth--spline/stomach
Now, if you wish to work with the elements within a circle/medicine wheel/sun wheel or circle of the magician(has a few names)lol : Here are the directions they sit in below.
I always work from the east clockwise round to the north.
So starting in the East, set you Intent to connect to that element and then make the corresponding sound.
EAST--ether/spirt/wood--Liver----SHOOO
SOUTH--Fire--Heart---HAARR
SOUTH WEST--Earth--spleen---WHORR
WEST--Air/Metal--Lungs--ZZZZZZZ
NORTH--Water--kidney---CHOREEEE
EAST-Triple warmer---HEEEE
Do the 6th sound-Triple warmer in the East, completing the circle of energy.
Circle complete.
Many would have Earth at the center of the wheel, but working with this energy in my Qigong practise and working with the I Ching. Earth energy is in the South West, for a more direct connection to this element, i recommend working in that direction.

When reincarnationforum was threatened to become archive only I tried inviting members to this portal.
