On my run today I understood thought as sound, sound as vibration. It was a rewarding, continually transformative experience. Verbal language is an after-thought, spoken aloud or internally. Considering my thoughts as vibration helped me shift the desired state. For example, "I'm getting tired. I don't think this workout will be as good as the other. I'm just so tired today." The words themselves don't really matter- the vibrational state started with what was in quotations. So that I would not linger I had to move past the words and recognize what I was attaching to. I found myself immediately liberated and back in the "now," that weight on my shoulders was lifted and I got a few more good pushes out of my workout.

Sometimes while exercising I have beautiful trance-like states and it feels like a higher 'self' chimes in with poetic wisdom. During these revelations I saw a most astounding white and orange egret. My minds eye associated this with Spirit challenging me to reside in the higher vibration. I had a lot of fun creating lightning in my minds eye and feeling intimately linked with the speed and flight of the bird, propelling myself faster down the dirt path.

Spirit felt right there with me! And when the channeling was done a car drove by with the license plate, "BLOVED" Gosh... 😚🐉💞

How comfortable are we with the definitions we associate to vibration, not always aware of its influence- not looking past the words we accept as suitable and commonplace. I get a little too comfortable... Reading this today helped bring me back to the joy in alchemy and the Divine Romance.

Now I am cognizant of the fact that I sense the energy behind the words spoken. For whatever reason we are quick to do this with others, which has its errors, the real practice is sensing the energy in ourselves and using our will to play with the mutable, ever-shifting reality.

My prayers over the years have had less words too. I try to be intentional and add more dialogue but at times it feels mundane as I think the connection with God more instantaneous and telepathic. I don't think words are all that necessary, but they help me- a child still attached to its lower density operandi.

Separately...

The last Q & A at the end of the article is very interesting... To a mystic, breath is everything.

Question: In the spoken words are there vibrations of air, as science teaches, or are there still more inner, finer vibrations?

Answer: There are finer vibrations. The vibrations of the air are nothing. Every word has a breath behind it, and breath has a spiritual vibration. So the action of the breath vibrates physically, yet at the same time breath itself is an electric current. Breath is not only the air, but an electric current also: therefore it is an inner vibration.

Wow.

🐌Cheers!🐛
