At times we are taken onto by-paths that absorb our energetic body and can deter us from going deeper in the silence. I remember hearing astral music in meditation for many months and though I miss those experiences, I recall now why i at the time found them ultimately distracting. The astral world which includes our dreams and for instance music we hear and the disappointing physical realms that also can take us on journeys that often ultimately distract us from finding that  silence that is the deepest experience of bliss we can imagine.
