Amma; how to be happy and avoid depression and discouragement

Be with Amma in this video you too can feel her love and compassion. You will be happy in her presence. All you need is a receptive mind and/or heart 💜. Her happiness and love can travel to you wherever you are. This is how I have experienced Divine Mother. She is there if we need her and tell her of our suffering and need for love.
