Dream about the water table

I have dreamt that some one had an instrument that could immediately asses the water table where ever he wanted and he could point it down the terrain and still get measurements. I seemed to live in an area close to the ocean and he pointed it far down the beach to evaluate just how close water was to the surface of the land. I suppose much of this has to do with all the flooding of our country I’ve witnessed and extreme weather conditions we have had in recent years. As climate change continues to be in evidence everywhere there are still many people in denial.
