Around March I was submitted to the Hospital, there was a torturous health episode that included severe anxiety, sleepless nights, blood pressure to rise and fall too drastically, mild hallucinations, irregular heart rhythms and palpitations, forced awareness displacement, numbness in arms and dizziness. It wasn't COVID, the doctors still don't know what it was. We've stopped going to doctors because of the financials. I have since taken my health back into my own hands. The only problems now are the nerves deep in the neck still tingle, the heart is still sensitive- but I have learned a lot about the body and how to use the breath to control some of our natural rhythms in the process.

I had a dream with you in it during our more turbulent times...
You were there and we were trying to figure out how to make things work. The theme of this dream was the death of a pink triceratops.
A dream from around 4 days ago:

I just remember seeing a dead dinosaur. The dinosaur was actually a child underneath. The child appeared outwardly as a salmon-colored triceratops. This is the second time this year I've dreamt of a dead child.

The overall theme of my dream had to do with bridging differences. Someone has to be willing to try, otherwise, no bridge is formed.
