Yes sometimes it’s a bit intimidating that we are in such a low dimension compared to where we are headed. Yet it does raise our consciousness just reading and imagining where we would like to find our selves one day.
Brother Bhaktananda used to say if you want to stay in touch with the gurus read the lessons, I’m sure that he also meant to read any of the Masters writings.
