There’s a lot of things that catch my interests. I suppose i’m a bit like a bird flying down on some attractive object below. It’s much more easier diving down then flying back up to the heights I once attained. But I just can’t forget what it was like gliding high up in the sky and getting that fantastic view. That’s why I just keep coming back to meditation. I really need that super high that comes with it. Even though it’s goina take some wing motion to get up there and glide again.

And….Being alone a lot gives you one very important gift; Time to practice.
