Ending Relationships

I used to have much difficulties ending relationships. It is not as difficult anymore. Although some relationships continue, many relationships have served their purpose and in retrospect I am more able to see this over long years of living. It is remarkable how other relationships, thought to have been gone,  return in our lives as we find we have a different perspective on them than we had at one time long ago. It is as if we needed the separation to distance ourselves from those we have been close to so that other scenarios can emerge to further understanding. Sometimes, no amount of talk can resolve issues people face together and there needs to be a separation to loosen the impasse.
