That's a pretty complex issue.

Are you guys monitoring your fasting blood glucose? And your Hba1c? And glucose spikes?

If so and if the values are low, then you can eat as many natural sugars as you wish. As I used to do.

But now, with age, I find that blood glucose is drifting upward.

What a typical United Clones diet can do to a rat. Plus fed the equivalent of McDeath burgers, and Mc Grease fries. While the Burger Death 💀 King bulldozes the Amazon Rain Forests. Added to sugar in most everything; and add more King Death ☠️ Burgers for an emerging Zombie Culture in United Cloneland.
