That's a pretty complex issue.

Are you guys monitoring your fasting blood glucose? And your Hba1c? And glucose spikes?

If so and if the values are low, then you can eat as many natural sugars as you wish. As I used to do.

But now, with age, I find that blood glucose is drifting upward.
