Meditation and spiritual exercises in nature

I can think of no better way to use time away from work or home than to find or go to a place in nature that inspires me to meditate and practice spiritual exercises. When ever I’ve spent a lot of time with other people and need to get back into my spiritual routine I return back to the woods or water to find rejuvenation and make my contact back with the Masters and spirit.

Where I live now we do not have mountains and the desert. When I had these places to go, I would also go there. We have dunes, forests and many lakes where I presently live.
