Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

« on: Jun 16, 2024 04:42 pm »

Unless there is chaos around you in the morning as you are up it is always possible to devote a little time to prayer and meditation. If you have Kriya’s it is most likely possible to do at least 14 which only take approximately 10 minutes with a little prayer. If you have a mantra, always practice it upon wakening. If none has been given to you by a Master or saint. Practice silently; OM  to the inhalation and PEACE to the exhalation of every breath. Or use OM CHRIST. Spend as much time as you can around other people who are aspiring to find something deeper in their life. Something spiritual that will awaken you and others around you.

If you have certain meditation techniques given by a Master it becomes much easier over time. For instance; the IAM technique provided by Amma or the Hong Sau technique provided by the Self Realization Fellowship or other spiritual organizations.
