I would like to continue to share the wisdom of our dear friend Hazrat Inayat Khan. I have no doubt we would all befriend such an insightful Being. And like the other influential figures we share here, it seems they all reveal to us a most important idea we continually forget. That God is the ultimate goal. God is the journey and the destination. God is all there is. In their expressions, they bring their fellow man, "to the shores of God."

We have our idiosyncrasies as unique personalities made incarnate, whether others agree with them or not is not something I care to focus on so much anymore. There is a greater purpose that I hope to anchor within the fore of my awareness. Ultimately, the journey is *meant* to be unique. But I look forward to the moments, when we realize, our destination is the same. I hope your suffering is liberating, and that you liberate your self from suffering. --- > You, being whoever is reading these words. And I include my self, in the new years prayer.

God is great. Allelujiah allelujah ! Our ULTIMATE LOVE.
Please remember, as grand narratives compete for our attention and participation, we are all Gods children.

Happy new year. <3 <3 01/01/2024 <3 <3
Quote
Different methods called religions and philosophies have been adopted by different nations at various periods. Though the form and teachings of the several religions appear so unlike, their source is one and the same. But from the very beginning the differences have created prejudice, envy, and antagonism between man. Such dissensions occupy a large portion of the histories of the world and have become the most important subject in life.

O Thou who abidest in our hearts,
most Merciful and Compassionate God, Lord of Heaven and Earth,
we forgive others their trespasses and ask Thy forgiveness of our shortcomings.
We begin the New Year with pure heart and clear conscience, with courage and hope.
Help us to fulfil the purpose of our lives under Thy divine guidance.

We appreciate your thoughts from Hazrat Khan Eric. I am fine with you not putting so much attention to whether ‘others agree or not.’  My only point is this; if we are still in duality how do we deal with the challenges of others inflicting suffering on their fellow man? And how are the Masters helping to resolve these immediate inequalities and sufferings?

Each Master seems to have his or her own purpose to help us. I have found that Amma is the closest to dealing directly with the ‘problems’ as they unfold here on the earth plane. She and her devotees go directly to the ‘epicenter’ of where the challenges originate and bring financial help and their services.
