Waking from Dreams

I think that often waking up from dreams…remembering their content and the meaning of not getting back to sleep are just as important as the dreams themselves. For me waking up and not being able to immediately fall back to sleep is an important as dreaming itself. I see it as a direct invitation to praying and meditation at night from spiritual sources.
