Young, Old and Now

Life is strange when we are young we mostly think about what we will encounter and when we are old we mostly think about about memories! Can we ever be in the now? I’m now attempting to appreciate what every moment brings to my life and be grateful for it! I don’t think I was as grateful for the people and situations of my life as I am now when I was younger.
