Kelly we always appreciate all your personal experiences with charts and astrology. He had a very poor self image. It was part of his aggressive tendencies towards his own self destruction.  See the Sun, Saturn and Mars in his chart in a t-square. Most likely death involved drugs and abuse of drugs… see Sun in transit conjunct Chiron square Neptune. What do you think?
