Considering the host of our consciousness, the material body, is always changing and effects our awareness from biological, environmental and so many other factors it would seem unrealistic to think we can always practice, or always want to practice. Much like exercise, we have to find a rhythm that works for us, a progress we find satisfactory, alongside ample rest. Even if we wanted to always exercise, our body will show us this is unrealistic- even harmful.

All work and no play makes jack a dull boy.

Personally I think there's a relationship between Spirit and Matter that ought to be considered, respected and even enjoyed.

Thank you for the reminder... "God is with me."
