I planted many Stevia plants around the house last spring. It came as some what of a surprise that many of them are growing quite well in the fall where the temperatures here Michigan drops quite a bit at night this time of year… usually in the 50’s or 40’s at night. Most of the tomatoes have now gone left this life to evolve further.

This morning I cut several stevia stems and cut the leaves off using them to help sweeten up a smoothie with some honey as well. Though I do not give much credit to the Stevia, I have found that my weight has decreased almost 10 pounds since last winter.
