I am learning more every day Steve. Thank you for sharing this link, it is a very interesting take on the significance of “liminal degrees“.  It’s interesting, in Vedic astrology, traditionally it seems later degrees are thought to diminish the power of those planets.

Learning about astrology is very exciting to me right now, there are so many different interpretations and emphasis on different parts of it, depending on who you ask… I am still discovering what makes the most sense to me…

For more detail in readings, what is speaking to me the most so far our the Nakshatras and the Divisional Charts (specifically the D 60 chart), which are concepts unique to Indian astrology.
