Hello Eric your personal interest in others keeps me interested in you as well. I personally feel a responsibility to pray for people here in the states living in tent cities in the streets and having no home or place to lay their head at nite and countries that have slave labor from political dissidents or are deprived of basic freedoms like having a place to clean up or a restroom. Your concerns for others are always welcomed here. For me personally, I take more interest in other peoples concerns and interests when they personally describe situations. Or when I personally experience suffering from others. For instance; I have picked up hitch hikers who have no home, place to cleanup or transportation. How can they even look for or get a job in such predicaments?

And so I have tried to do that for you and appreciate it when I’ve seen you do the same by describing the suffering and agony you have witnessed in others.  There are many people I see right here in Grand Rapids and where I was near Detroit a couple of weeks ago who don’t even have place to live or something to eat and have no pay checks. When I lived in Los Angeles I saw this daily and police who came and hauled such people away.

To some extent we must believe the media or we are helpless to understand the suffering of others in other countries. I do believe that the main media sources are telling the truth about such places as North Korea, Hong Kong and the threat of basic freedoms taken away from other people in many other countries including our own. Therefore I pray for these people daily. Thanks for adding your concerns for others as well.
