No Mind Don’t Mind I’m fine

It’s an amazing thing. You can be feeling blasé, disappointed, non energetic, indifferent or any number of attitudes or feelings but if you can get in touch with that state just beyond mind, you suddenly start feeling very different. That is the miracle of meditation! Because all the attitudes and feelings I just described are products produced by the mind. Just beyond mind is bliss and spirit but the mind identifies with experiences and attaches to them thus having various issues and attitudes towards daily relationships and experiences. When you really look at your life and the best experiences… the mind was set aside to experience the sweet spot. That place that defies all lower moods that are left over samskaras from endless untold lives in the prisons of bodies here with lesson 101 in the school of life.

Actually it’s beyond sense
Good to BE
And senseless
