People that ‘lose it’

I think we all have had moments of anger in our life but people who consistently have a short fuse have a tendency at some time to have it backfire which means their anger burns up their own circuits. How do we handle anger? As a meditator we have techniques; we watch our behaviors we observe our feelings happening to us and we start feeling moments of anger we realize we need to leave the situation take a deep breath and observe what is happening to us. Anger can cause very destructive forest fires in our relationships.

Anger is it?

How many times have you been shipped off to the Philippines call center for help? Me, way too many times. And in each case, they simply do not help, they don't understand, they don't speak clear english, and they simply do not understand cultural differences.

All this so investors of these companies can line their pockets even more. They care 0 about customer service anymore.

Society constantly creates ways to piss everyone off. That's it. But I fight back. I hold these people to the fire whenever I get the chance. Eye for eye, no one learns, etc.,

I don't disagree, not only can anger be destructive to our relationships but really our Ego- which puts our selves before others. At times we think we're doing what's best, we can count ourselves fortunate if an opportunity to reclaim our serenity or salvage a relationship is present. What's meant to be, is meant to be. These are life-long lessons that find ways to appear from time to time, my only hope is we find peace and learn our unique lessons.
