Intereststs; Meditation/Spiritual Life

« on: Jan 25, 2023 08:22 am »

Like most human beings we have different levels of ups and downs from day to day and week to week. Although it does seem to me that for instance; a good walk or run in the the forest, followed my meditation helps me pick myself up and recognize that even though I’m perhaps far from perfect I can return to my spiritual practices. They bring me back to the awareness there is much to learn and look forward to in life despite an occasional dip in moods. I do think that it is best for us not to be too self satisfied and there are events that will happen to us all that are discouraging. It is from these events we also learn and are becoming more aware.
