Too many planets in one house

While having a discussion with Kelly we touched on the issue that there can be too much emphasis in houses well occupied. The more reflection I gave to the topic the more it seems to me that people with inharmonious planets in affliction could indeed overemphasis the area concerned out of balance with other life challenges and benefits. Or perhaps overinflate (trines) areas of talent and opportunity(sextile).

It's like a form of autism or add/ADHD.
Not easy to focus energies when overwhelmed with too much energy.
Just something to consider with heavy stellium that may or may not have harmonious aspects.
