This appears to be a step in the right direction…
https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/senate-cheers-paul-gain-function-amendment-passesI do not think any form of government that has no regard for human rights should be allowed to be having any role in gain of function experiments. Such biological experiments in the U.S. should also be treated with scrutiny and we should be aware of the dangers involved. Is research responsible for unleashing organisms that are harmful to human beings? That should be the question. To give the answer that it is worth testing to avoid future epidemics and deadly organisms seems like an opinion to me. It is a judgement call.
To understand the laws that govern the universe and man it is important to have a regular regimen of meditation and spiritual practice otherwise we make great mistakes in judgement. We also need constant guidance from the Great Masters to have discernment on evolving and changing moral and ethical issues.
