As you probably know by now I am a vegetarian and would not start using or eating meat products because of the extensive concurred opinion of yogis and Masters that meat is not good for us. However I have found that there is a synthetic type of taurine that does not come from bulls. I also found that it is also used in drinks like Muscle Monster and the actual taurine that comes from bulls is not used. I actually contacted the company to find out this information. Although it is possible that drinks like this may not be suitable to you as a long term basis. Why? Because they also have caffeine in them. I have found that the drink gives me quite a spike in energy because of its ingredients but have personally limited it I take do to it’s also raising blood pressure.
