This is a tricky sphere of thought because clauradiance unfortunately has a manifestation which overlaps with the symptoms of schizophrenia.

Schizophrenic people do hear voices, which sound very real, coming from the auditory channel. But they are mere auditory hallucinations.

So, the question arises: if I'm hearing voices, is that clauradiance or schizophrenia?

Mccoy thanks for the response. I have met many schizophrenic people in my life. I also worked as a mental health worker and therapist in a career setting for Muskegon County and Ludington Memorial hospital.

I have also experienced clairaudience. The song below is an example of what I’ve experienced. What I have found is that people with schizophrenia usually hear negative voices and the voices say things which are demeaning and derogatory in nature. Perhaps people hear positive things that is associated with Schizophrenia as well. i would certainly put Brian Wilson of the Beach Boys in that category. He was a 'victim' of
schizophrenia according to 'authorities'. Although at times we should ask the question: Who are the real 'sick ones'. Once someone came into a mental institution in which i was working and asked to talk to one of the mental health workers. i smiled (trying to hold back the laugh) and said; "That would be me"

Clairaudience is generally thought of as quite different, showing uplifting thoughts and hearing uplifting music. This song below was not something I would have finished writing if it had not been for the initial lyrics and music I clearly heard after waking in the morning. The reason I do not think it was inspired by myself is because the lyrics are not in the style in which I write; thus the unusual title.

“Tell me what you goina do with your life? In one unselfish moment. In one unselfish way?” It is poor grammar and I usually attempt to use proper grammar. In this case the words seem to nevertheless work with the melody in an appropriate understanding for anyone casually listening.

i woke up this morning tryin to keep up with the pace
then it hit me
put a smile upon my face
take your own journey see what what you can find
Reach for the starlite
or just a higher ground.

In one unselfish moment.
In one unselfish way.
Tell me
what you goina do with your life
Tell me what you goina say?

The golden glow of the sunset
the day is calming down
Let go of our worries...carried away by the sound
Hear a train in the distance,
can carry me away
Beyond these memories
Find a peaceful place

i'm sittin alone now
wonderin' where i'll go
all my hours are unfamiliar roads
all becomes clearer
it appeared the other day
one kind word has cleared the clouds away
