When I was younger I remember one of the brothers talking to us about karma and said that we even create karma in our dreams. It stayed in my mind and I thought to myself that it would be nice to dream about God so we could have good karma.

Recently I have had a lot of worries plaguing me. I also remember that one of the best ways of dealing with worries is to drown them out by practicing the presence of God or continuously chanting one of the names of the Gurus.

So when I woke up from sleep today I recalled dreaming about chanting the name of God over and over. I was in an auditorium and one of the saintly brothers asked me what I was doing. i told him that I knew a lot of people in the auditorium were thinking of God and that I was quite competitive so I was also.

He told me that he had a name of someone he wanted me to go out and buy a certain gift for. I told him I would do it.

It is often, if not mostly, difficult to direct the course of our dreams. Although what we do during the waking ours eventually does become a part of our dreams as well.

It is true you can tune your consciousness to reside in a particular frequency- a shift in perception.

I am learning- the subconcious mind is not just limited to the physical incarnation you presently find your self in. Sometimes, it is better to let the dream speak to you versus trying to dictate its direction.
