The 'daily diet' in lesson 82 has been my guideline for the past 40 years and sure has served me well.
That's an outstanding example of balanced vegetarian diet and I'm not going to change it now, just tweaking it to my purposes.

Lesson 82.
Yogananda said; for best results one should abstain from all beef and pork products. Do not make a habit of eating even chicken lamb or fish. Nuts, cottage cheese, avocados, eggs, milk, cream and bananas are very good meat and fish substitutes.
