Yes Eric it may be altogether possible that all or many of these alien sightings now being seen on the earth plane have their origins in the astral universe. Because man’s consciousness is steadily rising we are now privy to some elements of creation that were more difficult to perceive at a lower state of humanities evolution. It may also be time for higher beings to make contact with some of us.

We look at the third eye as a child naturally and actually make our transition to the next life through the door of the third eye. However in between these two times of life it seems often difficult to keep a steady gaze there. Over the years I have slowly become more used to looking at the kutastha. It is helpful in seeing Astral lights and the chakras. When subtle energies and lights fill our field of vision and awareness a knew incentive motivates us to gently raise our awareness at the point between the eyebrows and slightly upward.

Whether you see the light of the spiritual eye or not, however, you should continue to concentrate at the Christ consciousness center between the eyebrows, praying deeply to God and his great Saints. In the language of your heart invoke their presence and their blessings.

Some say that kutastha chaitanya can be perceived through meditation as an image of a spiritual eye. This is said to appear as an outer bright orange ring, surrounding a blue center, with a small five-pointed white star in the center. The causal world (or kutastha chaitanya) is represented by the large blue center, while the orange ring is the energy of the astral world and the white star symbolizes the infinite Cosmic Consciousness. Through meditation, the intention is to enter this white star and experience oneness with God.

Maybe 🤔 you have seen some color’s associated with the kutastha center. I’ve been practicing years looking upwards at the spot between the eyes in the forehead during meditation and have gotten somewhat use to it after years of practice. It is helpful in seeing visions from the spiritual dimension.

I've seen some color patterns, but never seen distinctly the SE. Once, I fleetingly saw the white star. But that was all. Kind of discouraging for a serious practitioner of meditation. I should say 'former' practitioner, since now the practice is tiny.

I’m not here to make claims mccoy. Yet like you I’ve also seen patterns and what appears to be the chakras emanating their various colors. I’m of the opinion that given the thoughts that often linger in my mind I’m grateful to see and experience whatever spiritual experiences I’m given either inside during meditation or outside in blessings and seemingly miraculous occurrences. But now I’ve found that asking for help and grace does give help from higher sources. So I will continue to ask and determine what course of action and behavioral patterns I need to revamp to improve such visions.

Often spiritual experiences seem some what mysterious. This does not make them invalid. There are many things in life that are difficult to understand distinctly, yet I also am of the opinion that we ourselves are responsible for this vagueness since most of us are unclear as to how to handle our own feelings, emotions and thoughts as they waver in their patterns of expression.

A sphere of thought entered my consciousness when I wrote this down. That is; that of all the mysteries that surround us, when we we are not bombarded with worldly duties, it is best to fill our consciousness with spiritual activities. Instead of getting ourselves in trouble with other people’s problems and pleasures that may take us further away from the spiritual realities we seek. The darker side of life provides endless diversions into side shows to keep us entertained here and keep the drama going.
