Yes, of course the term is not specific to everyone's case, since it is not that Satan is interested in my personal case, rather he commands his legions of evil powers which are doing there best to keep humankind in a state of delusion.
Overpopulation, greed, wars, you name it. It's all the fruit of negative or evil ideas seeded by Satan's troops
It sounds like you really do believe that there are a group of entities that really just want to make life miserable for other people.
