Our Dark Past

It seems we are all haunted by our past to some extent. Some people have had post-traumatic stress from past associations and memories. Others live with the dark shadows of past actions and experiences. Yet others still have irrational fears carrying over from past lives.

Sometimes we are called to have empathy and compassion for the past that others are still experiencing. Other times we ourselves are haunted by memories and experiences we find it difficult to shake.
