It is interesting I was going to start a new thread and maybe I still will but I’m going to respond here for now. I find your comments so much similar to my own difficulties. What I found as a partial solution to the problem, or challenge let us say, is to take the things that take us away from God and make them into things that help you be with God closer. Sounds improbable? Or even impossible? Only because we do not use creative thinking in our challenges we face. I will continue this line of thought in another thread. Not saying I’m mr. know-it-all or even that I have the correct solution; just some interesting revelations that recently came to me.
