Yeah I prefer the zen meditation, sitting zazen posture and meditating. I have a few statues in my home where I burn my candles and incense (my altar) to have my home my peaceful center. Then when not meditating I like to do art, watercolors and pastels. I find it relaxing, both just the same are meditations, too.
