Let us carry our awareness like a full cup of water or drink. Always taking care not to spill it. Keeping our awareness in check and observant of showing love and compassion in everything we do. If that cup is too hot or cold it will be difficult to hold steadily and we may at any time lose our composure and spill that water of bliss and peace inside us.
