One of the most impressive things and inspiring thing about Paramahansa Yogananda was that he always gave techniques to fulfill noble material desires and at the same time led us away from them to spiritually enlightened experiences; Preferring us to recognize that in fact we really would be more happier with spiritual experiences then temporarily physical pleasures that did not ultimately satisfy us.
