It was interesting listening to John Edwards this morning because he was asked if he gets stressed. His answer was ‘ no, it would be more appropriate to say frustrated. Because people come with an
expectation. ‘ Not only do others have an expectation of us ... we have expectations for ourselves but the reality may be quite different; which can cause self directed anger.
