Does this happen to you?

Lately when I am visiting a master I notice that things I have been working so hard to fight against and grow with come back tenfold- like a flood of karma which may have at one point been viewed as negative occurrences. I may go through these dark times differently and embrace some of the things I've tried to renounce. Other times I am better quipped for warding off such energy and sometimes I am just suckered into something all over again. My friend told me when he visited Gurunath that he had a serious trial with commitment and there was some kind of quick karmic lesson there as a result. I wonder if others report similar after being graced by the presence of a living master?
