I think this bird has come in a timely manner. Representing the element Air the Vulture is a resourceful master. In lieu of our discussions and heated exchange the vulture ask we think before we take action and teaches us how to find value form unwanted subjects.

Thank God for this beautiful message and nifty creature. I know I've been giving and getting a lot of grief here lately, I hope to move past all that and heed the advice given to me.

Yes we can find helpful messages in all creatures if we are willing to really listen. It is difficult to listen when we filter our communication thru ego consciousness. But being aware of this fact makes me more aware that I cannot always be right. So it is important to listen carefully to the views of those who we respect.

Two of these birds soared overhead this morning. It was very satisfying and reassuring. Sometimes nature acknowledges our inner reality and the oneness we share with Life.

And with each bird sighting a dead opossum would be found.

In this case, Vulture symbolism is asking you to be patient with yourself and think things through. Thus like the Cassowary and Goat, you should take your time before making decisions. Furthermore, the spirit animal is letting you know that you must choose paths that support your higher consciousness and your heart. In other words, use all of your resources and combine them with your experiences of the past. This method is the best way to approach the problem from a different angle. Therefore, Vulture meaning is letting you know that you are always free to choose your path, but be flexible while moving forward.

Moreover, Vulture symbolism reminds you to allow yourself to use all of your senses to navigate through this situation for your highest benefit. In other words, call on all your resources to get the job done.

I saw one today perched ahead, and it felt like a direct download from Spirit- an intelligence operating within the exoconsciousness.

"The condor was considered one of the most sacred birds that tied the earth and heaven together. The condor is considered the king of the skies and he carries the dead to the underworld. Condors represented the gods of the air to the Incas and they believed that condors carried prayers and received answers from the gods. Native Americans believe that the condor represents goodness, justice, leadership, and wisdom – the four values. The condor was believed to be able to spread its great wings to gather clouds and fertilize the land with rainwater.
The condor plays a part in the Eagle Condor prophecy which states that the people would be divided. Some would follow the eagle, and some would follow the condor. They would live apart and then reunite. When they reunited the eagle would almost destroy the condor, but not quite. They would separate again. Later they would meet again and join as one in unity.

Today, condors symbolize conservation and thankfulness. They eat the carrion and this symbolizes renewal. We should use what nature gives us wisely. Condors only have one mate and they both are devoted to their babies. They have mastered the Air Element and are a symbol of riding the changing currents in our lives. Native American healers wear condor feathers in their healing rituals.

The condor is the national bird of Columbia, Chili, Bolivia, Argentina, Peru, and Ecuador and appears on their national coat of arms."

"Vultures: One of the environment’s most necessary — but often overlooked — creatures.
These intelligent birds are uniquely equipped to keep the environment clean and help prevent the spread of disease.
A world without vultures?
A world without vultures would be a foul-smelling place filled with disease and rotting carcasses — let’s hear it for these unsung environmental heroes!"

Steve, I agree. Progress is not always linear. This gives pause for thought- especially with regards towards duality.

Today I woke up feeling that the world is moving faster than me. I noticed some strange driving early this morning, and the people I interact with were looking at me with either... Impatience, sensing something off in me(like my moving slow means I'm stupid), thinking I'm high, or I could tell they were feeling strange around me. It doesn't take a genius to interpret.

The condor soared above my head twice today. One, while I was outside exercising. He looked mighty, and was sailing the winds- swooping down in a bold and expediated manner. I was thoroughly impressed by his speed and his ability to soar without flapping his wings much.

Then, later today... During my excursion to H-E-B(a TX grocery store)... I felt a very strange sensation. There was a lot of gratitude, my eyes were wide, and it felt like I was floating as I was walking. I've had this experience at this store before. I think I was just enjoying a peaceful moment. The cashier was getting impatient with me, lol. But on my way home, my eyes were still wide. I could see the pearly whites in the reflection of my rear view mirror. I felt an opening inside my head, and just then I noticed another bold condor circling above and to my left. Another mighty presence. Another hasty movement. Energetically speaking, it really felt like I was downloading something- or had moved through a spiritual portal.

To see the condor during this made me think I should come back here and take a look at its symbolism.

On a personal level... I do notice an interest in not responding to external stimulus right away- but rather, an increased desire to notice what I'm witnessing, how I'm processing, how I'm responding... And an effort to curb the personality to maintain inner peace. I suppose I should use this energy as well, to try and create a mutually beneficial relationship with the external world. The life around me.

I wonder still, what connection might be drawn from movement- speed and the condor.

Hmm...

Looking back I think the condor was coming into my awareness with haste, helping me realize the delicate balance between riding what I'm experiencing and being mentally quipped to respond with grace.
