I got to meditate on the beach with LaurenLoo.We had two very comfortable foldable chairs parked right infront of the ocean. The sounds of the waves, the cool breeze and the lunar eclipse were so magical. We had blankets and just before silencing our minds and entering into prayer I had so much joy and excitement. I'm still fairly energized. Wish I could have stayed out there all night meditating. The stars were easy to behold with little light pollution. Near the end of our meditation we saw a shooting star. The gentle tide stopped just infront of our feet. My thoughts at one point were with Gurunath. As if he was there guiding us in meditation. Then I thought about you Steve. We are able to move through the motions. I thought about others and started feeling so much love and felt so much magic in the vast ocean before me and the sky above me. I started feeling it in my spine and felt healed on some level. God is great. There was a lot of magic in simply being in nature. There were no mosquitos and no critters to crawl on me. The temperature was perfect. It was ideal meditating scenery.
