I always felt a bit peculiar to say we are meditating together. As if to clear any confusion I might be feeling, Gurunath has answered in the last video I shared. The truth is we are practicing together but what we are practicing is concentration. I hold you in that sacred space after the practice, while the mind is settled and in a clearer state. Considering we will have to part with these thoughts through physical death it is wise to try and go beyond thought now whilst we have a say.
