Why are we as spiritual searchers often left alone for long periods? One answer is to develop; self-reliance. Also long hours of communion and practicing BEING requires infinite patience. Patience with our own need for constant sensory stimulation.

thanks steve,
i thought i was doing this well until the restless urges got me last night. driving around in the moment and looking at the sunset was beautiful, it was the want to do something afterwards that was quite regrettable. X_X
