Another element about time that I find truly fascinating and grateful for the observation given to me is that through the process of time we must observe the events of our lives or get caught up in many obvious side tracks that lead into meaningless pursuits that really have no useful long term purpose in our evolution and understanding of why we are here in the first place.

So what I am saying is that time gives us the discipline to set and monitor our breath, thoughts, mantra and meditation techniques so we can further unfold and expand our consciousness.
