Yeah it’s amazing Eric. I was at a friends parents house and On the porch was an American flag with a sign behind it that said pray for America. I thought to myself that message is for me. Because as yogis we are trying to understand ourselves and invest A lot of time in that search. Sometimes forgetting about others and the larger picture in our town city country and mother earth. Amma said that every time we pray for others we are actually benefiting ourself first.
