I’ve researched quite a bit. It took a little time for the knowledge to connect with experience. Most of it happened while I was in solitude. Meditation state. I practiced with someone I dated a few years ago. I actually heard him say ‘don’t let the bed bugs bite’ and told him. We also would practice meeting while we were dreaming. He had a ton of experience with telepathy and practiced with his friends in high school, among other things.
