i am a new reader of this book and usually i am able to read at night prior to meditation. this morning i read upon wake and i find it a much more fitting activity than others. a little bit of stretching, reading then meditation. i don't want to rush this book, i haven't jumped around much either. i read a few pages and find relation to my experience... some nights i go back and reread the same passage. often i start a few pages before my bookmark. i have a feeling i may be jumping around though, part excitement part reference and instruction. i am extremely interested and am actively pursuing the guidance therein for liberation.
